Overview
The prompt of this project was to create a comprehensive kiosk experience that covers the entire ordering process, from selecting menu items to paying. I designed a cafe while emphasizing branding and user experience. The goal was to offer a seamless ordering process from menu selection to payment, ensuring faster and more convenient service for customers.

Heuristic Evaluation
My project began with an in-depth competitive analysis of the NYC Metro System. Given my research, I aimed to strike a balance between visual design and ergonomics when developing the kiosk. To ensure user convenience, critical and frequently accessed elements were positioned within the user's eye-line and within comfortable reach for tapping.
